The location was unbeatable to all the sites in Orlando and the staff here was service-minded and responsive. There was an in-house restaurant nearby. Cereals, cakes, and muffins served in the lobby.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was bad.

Spacious well equipped and well cleaned rooms with a gorgeous view and Wifi and dryers, marvellous breakfasts. Breakfast with cakes, the usual hotplate food and also muffins. Marvellous location for Orlando, not far from main attractions-Sea world and the golf club. Top-notch service at the lobby!

Thoroughly enjoyed the room with delightful views of a golf green from the on-site course, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. I spent here 3 very nice days and would still consider staying here again.

Enjoyed our stay in this place. The hotel was fully equipped, it had professional staff with the great service. The location was peaceful for Orlando, near airport, convention center, and Universal Studios and all the restaurants and bars and restaurant.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was amazing, from the moment we arrived until we left. Aziza, our main contact, was professional, kind-hearted, and incredibly accommodating. The servers at Cafe Osceola, Samuel, Michaela, Tim, and Luigi. Liz at the front desk went above and beyond to find us a beautiful room. Richard, the manager of the poolside bar, ensured we were well taken care of. The employees truly showcased the company's values and made our stay exceptional. Our family agreed that this was the best interaction we've ever had with hotel staff.
